All safaris in Kaziranga National Park are conducted under the supervision of the Assam Forest Department. Safari operations, permits, routes, timings, and visitor regulations are subject to the rules and guidelines issued by the Forest Department and Kaziranga National Park & Tiger Reserve authorities.

The Assam Forest Department manages Safari operations in Kaziranga National Park. The Forest Department reserves the right to cancel, suspend, delay, or modify any safari at any time due to adverse weather, road conditions, wildlife movement, natural disasters, administrative decisions, VIP visits, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances. Such decisions are final and made in the interest of visitor safety and wildlife conservation.

Advance Booking Requirement

  • Elephant Safari bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled safari time.
  • Jeep Safari bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled safari time.

We are unable to accept or confirm any booking requests received after these deadlines.

Booking Confirmation & Refund Policy: Successful payment does not mean your safari booking is 100% confirmed. All safari permits are issued by the Assam Forest Department and are subject to availability and approval.

Our average booking success rates are:

  • Jeep Safari: Approximately 99%
  • Elephant Safari: Approximately 60%

Customer Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your safari booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled safari time.

  • A 15% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total booking amount.
  • The remaining 85% will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled safari time or for no-shows.

Note: If we are unable to confirm your safari booking, you will receive a 100% refund, and no cancellation charges will apply.
