Advance Booking Requirement

• Elephant Safari bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled safari time.
• Jeep Safari bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled safari time.

We are unable to accept or confirm any booking requests received after these deadlines.

Booking Confirmation & Refund Policy

Successful payment does not mean your safari booking is 100% confirmed. All safari permits are issued by the Assam Forest Department and are subject to availability and approval.

Our average booking success rates are:

• Jeep Safari: Approximately 99%
• Elephant Safari: Approximately 60%

Customer Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your safari booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled safari time.

• A 15% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total booking amount.
• The remaining 85% will be refunded to your original payment method.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled safari time or for no-shows.
